I started teaching in 2005, while obtaining my Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies at San Jose State University. After completing my degree, my husband and I moved to Oregon, where I continued my journey in Early Childhood Education. There is nothing I would rather do!

Lisa began with Inch by Inch in 2018. She has years of experience working with children, as she operated her own in-home child care. She is a mother of 3. She is nearly finished with her Child Development Associate Credential. Lisa is known here for her engaging activities and her enormous heart. She LOVES her students!

Katy began with Inch by Inch in June of 2022. Katherine brightens our classroom each day with her enormous heart and her genuine interest in her new career. What I love most about Katy is that she has something positive to share with each family at the end of the day. Katy loves literature, history, writing.

Crystal started at Inch by Inch in June of 2024. Crystal has a decade of experience, working with children ranging from toddler to preschool age. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. Crystal is exceptionally calm and caring, and we are lucky to have her here at Inch as our Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher!

Sabrina has an Associates Degree in General studies. Before coming to work for Inch by Inch, Sabrina worked as an Instructional Assistant, in Special Education. Sabrina is a happy , kind and patient educator. We are lucky to have her on our team!

TeriAnna has been with Inch by Inch since September of 2022. TeriAnna is a mother of 3, she worked at the Nike Child Development Center for over 10 years, and she operated a small in-home daycare for 4 years. TeriAnna is known for her immense love for infants and toddlers. She loves to give cuddles, has a great sense of humor, and loves working with kids.!
